The Temple

The Thoth Priestess is a temple built on an old lineage: the Hermetic Qabalah, the astrology of the ancients and the Thoth Tarot. Here, these traditions are read as one language, the language the soul uses to speak about itself. The Priestess is its initiator, and she reveals the truth to each seeker in the measure they are ready to hold it. The temple is open to anyone standing at a threshold, whether they know the cards or are meeting them for the first time.

Every reading begins with knowledge and opens through intuition. The cards reveal the energies at play, and the Priestess, keeper of the veil, shows you the paths they open. What you do with them is yours to write. You leave with clarity, and with the next chapter of your life in your own hands.

The Thoth Tarot

The Thoth Tarot was painted by Lady Frieda Harris under the guidance of Aleister Crowley between 1938 and 1943, and published only decades later. It carries the name of Thoth, the Egyptian god of wisdom and writing, keeper of the sacred word.

Each of its 78 cards is a meeting point. Signs and planets, Hebrew letters and the spheres and paths of the Tree of Life live inside its images, together with the alchemy and the symbols of older traditions. This is why it asks more of its reader than any other deck, and why it reveals more to those who learn its language. In the oldest decks, the Priestess holds a sacred book on her lap. Since the eighteenth century, the tarot itself has been called the Book of Thoth.
